She served as secretary of the PSUAA Jacksonville Chapter for over 5 years. She has devoted much time and hard work over the years and we would like to recognize her contribution. Thank you Danielle.

Vice President's Report: Danielle will be working to update the website to add football information for the upcoming season. She will also be posting some pictures from the Spring Banquet. She will also be helping Amy to set up her official PSUAA email so new broadcast emails can be sent out updating members on new information. Josiah will reconcile the email lists from both the Secretary and the Treasurer to eliminate faulty or returned emails.

Secretary's Report: No report

Treasurer's Report: A copy of the 2004-2005 Fiscal Report was reviewed. The net account balance is $3,679.93. As of today we have 49 paid members. A broadcast email will be sent out for dues renewal as many people have not paid. The Board has set a goal to have 100 dues paying members by the end of this calendar year. To help boost membership, a mailing will be sent to individuals in the area once an updated address list is obtained from the PSUAA. Josiah will also make some calls to people that have moved or relocated to the area recently from a list provided to us by the University. Danielle said that she would assist in this task. We will also attempt to obtain email addresses from the PSUAA website to add to our next email broadcast to make some new people aware of the local chapter.

Athletic Chair Report: Rich reported to Josiah prior to the meeting. All is set to meet at Player's Grille for the Game on September 3rd against South Florida. We will have the big screen until 5:30 pm when the Gators game comes on. Then we will still have a TV in the back room. There is talk of a possible house party for one of the game weekends as well as a possible barbecue at Player's Grille the weekend of the Ohio State game (October 8th). Further details to follow. There will also be National College Fairs on September 17th, November 2nd and 3rd. Penn State will have a booth to answer questions of potential new students Anyone who would like to participate can notify someone on the Board for details.

Social Chair Report: Deferred until after football season. Judie will start thinking of her theme and some restaurants for the next meeting.
