In addition to inviting all of the PSU students who are in Jacksonville to work on Habijax the club will request donations for local charities including Hubbard House, Humane Society, Food Bank and or Habijax. Finally it was decided to ask for volunteers to sponsor a student's dinner at the Spring Event.

To promote the Spring Event, Danielle will send out a mailing/newsletter to all of the PSU Alum in the area, whether they are members or not. In addition, the mailing will request dues.
