CHAPTER BY-LAWS

The Greater Jacksonville Chapter of the Penn State Alumni Association is a chartered field organization of the Penn State Alumni Association.  The Chapter is dedicated to keeping its members in touch with Penn State while providing a social setting for Chapter members.
